- A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment - Guests must comply with the house rules set by the owner - Cancellation is governed by the cancellation policy specified at booking - The owner has the right to refuse accommodation if the guest violates the rules

Payment

- Payment is made through secure payment systems - All prices are in euros and include taxes - Additional services are paid separately according to the price list

Liability

- The platform acts as an intermediary between guests and owners - The owner is responsible for the condition of the accommodation - The guest is responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation

Changes to Terms
